Payments, PayPal, Shipping and Return Info

If you are thinking about ordering from us but have no intention
to paying for your order, please do us all a favor and don't place the order.
PAYMENT INFO
PAYPAL
If you choose to use PayPal please place your order using the shopping cart, indicating you want to use PayPal. **You will receive an invoice direct from Paypal**. Once you send your information to PayPal, it may take 3 to 5 days for payment to be processed and for us to receive notification.
CHECKS/MONEY ORDERS
We accept checks or money orders made payable to GreyBabies to the address below.
Checks must clear our bank before item(s) will be shipped. Usually about 10 working days.
Payments made with a money order will be shipped ASAP on ready to go items.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders will be shipped within 21 working days after payment is recieved.
Texas residents add 8 1/4% sales tax.
SHIPPING INFO:
We ship all items US Postal Service priority with confirmation and insurance.
We can send as many items as we can reasonably fit into the priority postal mailer.
If you are ordering several items, we will let you know before we ship if your order is going to need more than one mailer.
Since the Post Office insists on raising their rates, we must also raise our shipping rates. Sorry. All shipments are now $7.20 for priority shipping and $1.30 handling ($8.50 total) per mailer. Shipments are insured for up to $50.00. If your order is over $50.00, please contact us for additional insurance.

RETURNS and REFUNDS
|
If you need to return an item,
please contact us before you send it.
All returns must include the original packing slip,
invoice
and the reason for the return.
Returned items must be sent certified mail with
insurance for the amount of the item.
Refunds will be given for the price of the item only. Not the shipping costs.
